Hair Prophecy started because our founder kept buying the same three things off the shelf and none of them worked on the hair that actually sat in her chair. So we blended them ourselves, tested them on clients for a year, then put them on the shelf next to the chair where they were developed.
Small batch, always
We make in quantities of forty litres, not forty thousand. Every bottle carries a batch number, and when a formula changes we say so on the label.
Nothing sold by accident
New clients start with a consultation. If a product is not right for your scalp we will say so and refund it, which happens more often than you would think.
One price, published
The price on the website is the price on the invoice. Deposits are the only advance payment, and they are applied to your total.

Naomi blended the first Hair Prophecy oils in her kitchen for the clients in her chair. Twelve years of natural hair, silk presses and scalp care later, she still does the first cut of every new formula.
